A fresh perspective on an entry garden
This beautiful Brookline property called for a new look to better compliment the home and vast lawns. We started by removing old growth, fallen trees and beds of nettles. With a fresh view of the expansive space, we chose a dramatic weeping cherry tree for height and structure. A palette of greens and light lavender will compliment the delicate blush-pink leaves of the cherry tree in spring. Delphinium are planted along the base of the tree trunks. The overall feel is appropriately manicured for an entry garden but feels naturalistic and romantic to soften and enhance the space.
