An organic garden

Planting begins in May for this organic rooftop garden. From mint, basil and rosemary, to salads, tomato and an array of peppers, this garden is meant to flourish until fall. Keeping aesthetics in mind - the space, though small, will be reminiscent of an English kitchen garden with willow fencing, garden cloche and antique planters. A petit bed of zinnia and dahlia nearby will provide color and stems for cut flowers.

Overlooking the city are pots overflowing with a mix of basil, rosemary, thyme and mint. Lavender to create relaxing baths, and chamomile for tea. This tranquil space in the heart of the city creates a nice ritual to end the day using herbs and produce from the rooftop.
