Two units are being combined to create a sophisticated, serene city apartment. This gutted space will be redesigned with white oak flooring, a clean-contemporary kitchen, spa bathrooms and a chic living area. Subtly textured wallpaper combined with interesting upholstery will give the space a custom and well considered feel.
